Commissioned by TFL to mark the announcement of the UK leg of the Tour De France.
Constructed from stainless steel with painted detail, the mannequins are jointed allowing them to be re positioned.
The two figures have been exhibited at the start of the Tour De France and have featured in a promotional film for TFL.
