Our workshop
Our 30,000 square foot workshop near Brighton brings design, fabrication and finishing together in one place. Timber and joinery sit alongside metal fabrication, machining, assembly and finishing, allowing different skills to come together as projects develop. We can prototype at full scale, prefabricate large structures, machine complex forms and prepare finished work for installation. Keeping these processes in-house gives us greater control over quality, timing and detail.

Our Facilities
Timber & Joinery
Our joinery workshop develops and produces precision timber structures, furniture and architectural elements. From prototypes to finished pieces, our joiners work closely with the design team to resolve materials, joints, movement and finish.

Metal & Fabrication
Our dedicated metal workshop handles structural and architectural metalwork, from detailed components to large fabricated structures. Machining, finishing and thermal spraying allow us to develop and complete much of the work in-house.

Machining & 7 Axis
Our 7-axis KUKA milling machine allows us to model and machine complex forms in timber and other materials. Working directly from digital models, we can produce curved and sculptural components accurately while retaining flexibility as projects develop.

Assembly & Installation
Our 10,000 square foot assembly area allows us to build and finish large structures before they leave the workshop. Prefabrication reduces time on site and allows details to be resolved in controlled conditions. Our installation teams then work with specialist transport partners to move the finished work safely into place.
