Hidden hatch staircase

The staircase, designed, produced and installed by millimetre, seems to burrow down into the private cellar from a discreet, mechanical floor-hatch. The piece brings together the clean lines of stainless steel, the elegance of glass and warmth of wood. The hatch operates on a mechanical open/close system, consisting of counterweight and secondary pulley and weight.
