Driverless Futures Driverless Futures – Utopia or Dystopia? Powder coated display stands manufactured by millimetre for Royal College of Art and Studio Thursday.

Researchers and designers from the Royal College of Art explored the future of driverless vehicles with interactive work displayed at the London Transport Museum’ s Designology exhibition. millimetre fabricated and installed a series of display units, plinths, sound plates, digital display cases and letterboxes for the show, made from a combination of mild steel frame, electro zinc-coated sheet and clear acrylic infill.

The frames were fabricated by folding and laser-cutting the profiles, before shot-blasting and powder-coating with a ‘Traffic White’ fine texture epoxy powder from Italy.
